Unikey Vietnamese For Mac

Ibus-unikey (developed by Le Quoc Tuan, using UniKey engine) is widely used in Linux distributions. From Mac OS X Leopard, released in 2007, Apple has integrated UniKey Vietnamese Input Method to the built-in Vietnamese input of Mac OS. From 2010, the engine has also been integrated to the built-in Vietnamese keyboard in iOS (starting from iOS.

Why do you recommend EVKey over UniKey?UniKey has some very strong advantages over other programs when it comes to security. It is digitally signed by the developer and offered directly from his website (the one Ankerung shared in their post).

Keyboard software from unknown sites has been known to contain malware and viruses.I would also like to point out that the built in Windows keyboard outputs completely different and arguably inferior characters when compared with UniKey and similar programs used on iOS, Android, macOS, and Linux.
