This is a remake of the Brindol city map from the D&D 3rd edition adventure 'Red Hand of Doom'. It sticks to the old city's general shape for the most part, except that there are now a lot more buildings and streets within the city walls since I found the original layout too small for a city of about 10,000 people. I also tried to make the street layout a bit more organic, with different.

A few of the things (but it all) they have done thus far:Travel to the FaeWild to rescue a missing child.Defeat a local band of brigands backed by the Red Hand of Doom.Break allies out of a Red Hand prison.Fight off an army of hobgoblins and a green dragon while trying to blow up a bridge.Battled a black dragon wizard and his war camp of hobgoblin wizards and warriors.There is also dungeon delving, diplomacy, and strategy/logistics as well that all rely heavily on role-playing.Just last night they recruited a hill giant rather than kill it. So, I’d say the Hack n Slash is steady but full of variety.

And!Spoilers go here.! The guy who originally created the maps actually sells all of them in PDF form on his website.Pretty reasonable price at least in my opinion. If you don't want to pay any money then your best bet is doing google image searches for each of the maps and you'll be able to find a good number of them that way, however you run into the issue that not all of them being the proper resolution for VTT.If you want to make them yourself for free you've got-I've never used it myself but, you should be able to make something around what you want.Finally, you can just find maps that are close to what the adventure calls for it doesn't have to be exact. Has numerous excellent maps makers posting their work daily.You'll have a good time running RHOD. If you need any help with conversions here was a project a guy started to convert everything to 5e.
