Renaissance always spawns in Italy. To guarrentee a spawn you would need to own all of Italy by 1500.Colonialism can spawn anywhere. Only spawns 100% within your lands if you are the only colonizer.Printing Press always spawns in Europe. For 100% spawn you'd need to own all of Germany and make sure there is no Protestants/Reformed other than you.Global Trade always spawns in the richest trade node in the game. This one is simple, just be the strongest trade power in the richest node in the game.Manufactories can spawn anywhere. You'd need to be the only nation in the game with manufactories.Enlightentment can spawn anywhere. You'd need to be the only nation in the game with Universities and there can be no republics other than you.The only ones of these that's consistent is Global Trade.
The others are either practically impossible or based heavily on luck. Rennesciance spawns after 1450 not 1500.
Translation(Meaning) in short. 1.A righteous person who eats the food after offered for sacrifice is released from all sins. The others who cook and eat solely for their own sake, eat sin. 2.Oh son of Kunti (Which is Arjuna) whatever you do, eat, offer in sacrifice, giveaway, and practice as austerity. According to Hindhuism food is equal to brahma. Hence we have to chant sloka before taking food.- The sloka and english meaning is given - Spritiual knoweldge According to Hindhuism food is equal. Marathi shlok before eating pictures. It is God, who has created each and every thing. Food, hunger, living beings, all of them form the part of God's creation. One should remember God, the omnipresent, who has given both, sweet and sour delicacies to satisfy our taste-buds. Following is the Sloka/ Shloka which can be recited while eating or taking your food.
1500 is Colonialism.Printing Press can spawn anywhere that is in North or South Germany OR is Protestant/Reformed. While it's heavily biased to spawn in central Europe, unlike Renaissance it CAN spawn somewhere else. It's possible to spawn it as Kongo if you meet Portugal ASAP to trigger the event to switch to catholic and switch to protestantism quickly if it's close to when Printing Press appears.Japan can also do it but it's much harder as you need to colony hop until you come into contact with Christians so those events can start happening. However it is rare to happen because of the sheer number of other nations that also meet the requirement that could successfully roll the spawn point. (unless Austria went nuts and ate all of which case then you've got a pretty good chance of it).
Anyone know how the game chooses where the institutions initially appear? I don't mean the prerequisites for them but the choice from those that meet the prerequisites.I'm currently playing as Japan and for fun I'm trying to create an alternative path of history where instead of Europe, Asia is the cradle of technological advancement. Meaning that Asian countries do not just keep up with technology but are the spearhead of innovation and Europe would fall behind. For this I need most of the institutions to spawn in Asia.I managed to get Colonization in Japan and the next would be Printing Press. In the game it says that it can appear in a province if Musashi(my capital) is either protestant, reformed or in the North or South Germany region. So what exactly does the 'can appear in A province' mean when the prerequisite is that my capital is either protestant or reformed?
Colonialism can appear starting from 1500, and will spawn in a port of a nation that is (a) in the old world, (b) has the Quest for the New World idea, and (c) has discovered the new world. Actually colonizing is not a prerequisite and has no influence over where it spawns. The birth province of the institution gets +5% trade power. The Colonialism Institution spawned as usual in the 1500s in the Iberian peninsula. I don't remember which nation spawned it, but the.
Does it mean that it can appear in any of my provinces even if they are not protestant or reformed as long as my capital is? Or can it appear only in provinces that meet the prerequisites in a country whose capital also meets the prerequisites?Which leads us to the main question; how does the game choose where it appears? Obviously it's some kind of lottery but does the game first choose a random country whose capital meets the prerequisites and then a province belonging to that country or does it choose straight from all the provinces where it can appear? The latter would make my chances of gaining it really low.

Reading through the files the only one that can be predicted and is deterministic is Global Trade.
It will always go to the tag that owns most of the trade in the higest value trade node. The rest are all met condition = chance to get it on a provincial level. The only thing that is unclear are these:startchance = 25 #in 100 for when a province canstartThey differ from 5 - 25 and i am not really sure what they do as they seem to be per institution. Maybe the system is set up that for the event a list is generated with all eligible provinces, then the order is randomized after that every entry until success will have the startchance as a% of spawning.Anyways it seems the only way to influence the outcome (besides GT) seems to be getting a bigger number of eligible provinces.Btw someone at pdx doesn't like Golestan, it is literaly the only province were feudalism can't spawn:).
